The Pure Envy Serenity Stick is unique among all of the toys I have encountered thus far as it has an electronic panel that displays the setting, the intensity level, run time, and the battery level all in a super clear and convenient manner. Ironically this Bullet is hit or miss, and it has nothing to do with aim. CalExotics' Bullet is pretty great when it works, but getting it to work seems almost as fickle as getting the Blush Lipstick to work.
